The staff offered welcome drinks upon arrival and provided useful city information. restaurant recommendations proved excellent, and we enjoyed several wonderful meals. an easter egg gift and a departure gift were nice surprises. The staff provided answers to all our questions.
I found the front desk a bit overwhelming upon arrival. They insisted on escorting me to my room. i would have preferred to proceed independently with my luggage.

The room included fresh bed linen with daily changes plus complimentary water. the rooms offered quiet spaces despite the central location. the rooms also had a modern style. They are a light filled clean area.

the hotel is within a ten-minute walk from the main train station and close to main sights. i found the area very safe and quiet. access to transportation is very easy!

the hotel room felt quite clean. the location seemed safe, because it was in the embassy area. breakfast options included gluten free choices. the front desk staff seemed willing to help guests.
the bathroom looked newly renovated, but the shower door didn't close well. there weren't many places to hang wet towels in the bathroom. the shower gel fell off the wall because it was attached with tape. the room was very SMALL.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Roberto. This area secure hotel, its proximity to the embassy district meant the presence of armed guards. The room was a nice size. It featured a semi-private balcony. It provided a nice space to relax.
The shower door did not close properly. There was no place to hang wet towels. Shower gel fell off the wall because it was attached with double-sided tape.

The breakfast included eggs, toast, and various fruits. Guests could also order endless cappuccinos to enhance their morning meal. The options provided a solid start to each day of my stay here.
