a tender roman escape
welcome drink tasty snacks lovely perfume really good kindness
the welcome drink was a sweet surprise the bar offered good snacks perfect for a relaxing evening. i particularly adored the lovely perfume offered upon my departure a fragrant memory to carry home. the staff showed really good kindness making every moment feel so special and cherished.
the shower door had a small issue not closing completely it was a minor thing but worth mentioning

The hotel breakfast had a great choice. i got complimentary drinks upon arrival. That was a nice touch. roberto even showed me places to visit. he suggested walking routes.
The reception staff was overwhelming. It was just too much for me. i wasn't even allowed to take my own bags. i had to be shown to my room. the room was very small.

welcome drinks restaurant recommendations easter egg
The staff offered welcome drinks upon arrival and provided useful city information. restaurant recommendations proved excellent, and we enjoyed several wonderful meals. an easter egg gift and a departure gift were nice surprises. The staff provided answers to all our questions.
I found the front desk a bit overwhelming upon arrival. They insisted on escorting me to my room. i would have preferred to proceed independently with my luggage.

a decent stay
clean room safe area gluten free options shower door wet towel small room
the hotel room felt quite clean. the location seemed safe, because it was in the embassy area. breakfast options included gluten free choices. the front desk staff seemed willing to help guests.
the bathroom looked newly renovated, but the shower door didn't close well. there weren't many places to hang wet towels in the bathroom. the shower gel fell off the wall because it was attached with tape. the room was very SMALL.

Really good Stay, Modern Comfort and Attentive Staff
friendly staff safe area private balcony
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Roberto. This area safe area, its proximity to the embassy district meant the presence of armed guards. The room was a nice size. It featured a semi-private balcony. It provided a nice space to relax.
The shower door did not close properly. There was no place to hang wet towels. Shower gel fell off the wall because it was attached with double-sided tape.

The breakfast included eggs, toast, and various fruits. Guests could also order endless cappuccinos to enhance their morning meal. The options provided a solid start to each day of my stay here.
